Integration

SmartBiller can be integrated with almost any business
application using its Application Programming Interface
(API).
SmartBiller can be used in isolation but when integrated
provides a complete business solution. We have already integrated
SmartBiller with a task management system SmartTasks and an
accounting application MoneyWorks.
SmartTasks is used to generate Job numbers / work order
(WO) numbers and provides for individual task documentation,
instruction and estimating for complete projects. SmartTasks
also provides a management tool for the overall task management of
the project keeping track of who has been assigned jobs in the
project team and deadlines for the completion of the tasks along
with real time measurement. SmartBiller if interfaced
with SmartTasks will only allow time entries to synchronise if
the correct WO number has been matched to the correct client. In
the initial phases of a Project estimated times for each task can
be entered into SmartTasks. Actual time recorded from SmartBiller
will be feed back into SmartTasks so that a project manager
can track how a project is progressing in real time against

MoneyWorks is used for all accounting and job billing
requirements. MoneyWorks is a Departmentalised Accounting solution,
meaning you can produce separate profit and loss (P&L) and
Balance sheet(s) by department (also referred to as cost centres).
SmartBiller if interfaced with MoneyWorks enables single click
importing of approved (signed off) time entries directly into the
job billing module of MoneyWorks. Once imported your accounts team
can invoice by "Job" or by "client with multiple jobs" easily and
quickly. The invoice will typically be summarised by cost centre
(although this is a user definable setting in MoneyWorks). As an
example your company may have provided both physical product and
labour services to a client and these could appear as two separate
summarised cost centre (department) line items on your final
